1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be made via our approved booking system.
A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.
Full payment is required prior to arrival. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
Bookings are only available up to 6 months in advance.
Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak periods.
Pricing is subject to change at any time and is confirmed at the time of payment.
2. Group Bookings
Bookings involving coordinated groups (including multiple family bookings) will be treated as group bookings.
Group bookings are capped at 50 people and are only accepted during non-peak periods.
No refunds will be issued for group members who do not attend.
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all group members comply with campsite rules.
3. Rubbish and Site Cleanliness
All guests are expected to remove their rubbish upon departure.
As of 1 January 2025, a fee of $50 per site will be charged for rubbish left behind.
For group bookings, this fee is capped at a maximum of $500.
Rubbish removal fees and any damage-related charges will be charged to the credit card use for the booking.
4. Use of Amenities
Shared facilities (e.g. BBQ areas/amenities) must be used respectfully and not monopolised by any one group.
Unauthorized use of infrastructure (e.g. connecting to electricity mains/ cutting of trees) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding any non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking fee or the first night’s fee—whichever is greater.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will attract no refund.
Changes to bookings must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability.
Any approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of notice being given.
6. Site Allocation
While we make every effort to honour your site selection, we reserve the right to reallocate sites if necessary due to operational, environmental, or safety considerations.
7. Liability and Conduct
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
The Land Manager reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay if site rules are breached or behaviour is deemed disruptive.
Damage to property or infrastructure will be charged to the credit card held on file.
All guests must abide by posted campground rules and any instructions given by staff.
All sites with children under 18 must have a responsible adult present at all times.
7. Pet Policy
Guests bringing pets must comply with the campsite’s pet guidelines. Please refer to our full Pet Policy for details on leash requirements, waste disposal, and restricted areas.
